What does a typical day at HR Revolution look like for you?
No two days are the same here at HR Revolution. We can be involved in anything from project work for our clients to administration, payroll or employee relations.
What makes HR Revolution different?
Not only do we have a genuinely happy culture, but we also all chip in altogether to get the job done, no matter the level of hierarchy. We have a bespoke approach to all our client’s needs and really want to make a difference in what we do.
What is the best part of your role?
Apart from working with a great team who align the same values as me, I love the diversity in our work and working with great clients to support their HR Function.
Why did you choose a career in HR?
My list could go on for ages but if I was to narrow it down, I would probably say that I chose HR as my career as I love working and having a positive influence on people. I also love building relationships, coaching/developing people around me, oh and anything HR!!
What advice would you give to anyone looking to start their career in HR?
Do it!! Customer focused roles would be a great starting point to help build on your communication, emotional intelligence and general people skills; these will all be valuable transferable skills. Studying will also help to see the benefits of HR more strategically.

Think on your feet always and work smarter not harder.
